Our Booking and Payment Terms: A Guide to Your Yacht Charter Experience


Welcome aboard! We’re thrilled that you’re considering a yacht charter with us. To ensure a smooth sailing experience, let’s dive into our booking and payment terms.


Booking Confirmation


To confirm and secure your booking, we require a 50% deposit payment. This initial payment is essential for us to prepare for your upcoming adventure on the water.


The remaining 50% is due 40 days before your yacht charter departure date. If your charter is scheduled to start within the next 40 days, we will need the full amount paid upfront to confirm your booking.


In some cases, we may allow the remaining balance to be paid in cash or by credit card at our office on the day of your charter. Please note that there is a service charge for credit card payments.


Important: Bank transfers from abroad can take 3 to 5 days to be credited to our account. We require that all funds be received before we commence and deliver our services.


If you’re planning a party on board, we may also require a deposit to cover any potential breakages or losses.

Our Refund Policy and Cancellation Terms


We understand that plans can change. Here’s what you need to know about our cancellation policy:


  • More than 90 days before embarkation: 30% of the total amount is refundable.

  • Between 89 and 60 days before embarkation: 50% of the total amount is refundable.

  • 59 days or less before embarkation: 100% of the total amount is non-refundable.


Should you need to cancel, we may transfer your deposit to another charter date of your choice, subject to availability and without any additional charge. Please provide as much notice as possible to help us accommodate your new plans.


In the event of a “no show” or if you decide not to continue with the charter for any reason, we reserve the right to determine the refund amount on a case-by-case basis.

How to Make Payment
