Insurance Policy
• Insurance is included for all charters.
• Guests must provide full names and passport details in advance.
• If no details are provided, insurance cannot cover the guest.
• Insurance does not cover incidents caused by intoxication or reckless behaviour.
How to Book?
• A 50% deposit is required to confirm all bookings.
• Deposit can be paid by bank transfer or cash. Credit card payments via Wise.
• The remaining balance must be paid at least 24 hours before departure.
• Booking confirmation details will be sent once payment is received.

Cancellations & Rescheduling
• Once a booking is confirmed, no refunds are available for cancellations.
• Guests may reschedule with a minimum 24–48 hours’ notice.
• Rescheduled trips must be taken within 3 months of the original booking date.
• In case of unsafe weather or sea conditions, trips may be rescheduled 24hrs prior at no extra charge.
Guest Conduct & Damages
• Violence, disruptive behaviour, or illegal activities are strictly prohibited.
• Guests are fully responsible for any damages caused onboard, including to
equipment, water toys, or jetskis.
• The agent and/or guests will be held liable for all costs as per Thai law.
