IYT International Bareboat Skipper Certification Plus IYT VHF Radio Operator's Certification The IYT International Bareboat Skipper Certification is a 10 day course. The IYT VHF Radio Operator's Certification is included at no additional cost. The syllabus of this course is set to give you a broad range of knowledge required to take command of a sail or power yacht of up to 78 feet / 24 metres, on your own. It covers all the subjects required to prepare the boat, plan the passage, instruct the crew and command the vessel at sea.
